With one use, baking a turkey at 325 degrees F., the interior stainless steel layer peeled away at various spots along the bottom of the sides. This layer must be tissue paper thin and applied incorrectly. Cuisinart Customer Service is even worse! They make you pay shipping to return the pan for inspection and also shipping to send a replacement, even when the pan is defective! (At best I would end up with a pan that is just as bad.) Also, the Customer Service Rep. asked the same questions over and over, said it would have to be inspected "to make sure I didn't drop it in acid," generally was badly trained to handle problems. NO MORE CUISINART FOR ME! Amazon accepted my return after four months with an 80% refund...a better deal for me than paying all the shipping costs that Cuisinart required. NO MORE CUISINART FOR ME! NO MORE CUISINART FOR ME!!

Actually, this is one of the best roasting pans I've come across at any price. It's 3-ply aluminum core construction. The edge is slightly beveled so it looks thinner than it is, but after taking a micrometer to it, it is actually only about 15% thinner than some of the $200+ models - still quite heavy duty. It has a nice dead flat bottom, doesn't warp, is induction friendly, has great handles and a nice rack. Perfect size, just wide enough for a 20 lbs turkey. It also takes 500 degree heat very well. Plus, it's really beautiful! I compared about 10 roasters and I would have bought this one even if it was $200. Do not confuse this pan with Cuisinart's non Multiclad model. This is a hard to find item that is a great deal.

Fantastic! I felt comfortable lifting it in and out of the oven, the pan felt heavy but balanced. Plenty of room for a large turkey but requires its own oven rack, I couldn't get anything to fit on the sides in my standard oven. Easy to clean and made it through the day without scratches or tarnish. Roasted veggies in the bottom came out great, even heat.
